My fiancée and I looked at a lot of different options for her engagement ring before deciding on Revolution. The thing that I think really swayed us was a discussion with Jennifer, the owner. We showed her a couple images of things we liked and she talked us through the custom process and the different things they could do. When they say custom they really mean custom.  They do everything in-house, from the CAD, to the casting, to the engraving and setting, which was nice compared to some other places that out-source a lot of that. We also had a random customer who was there for a regular cleaning and inspection come up to us and speak glowingly about how pleased she was with her ring and the entire process, which just helped confirm our decision. When we decided to start the custom process, my fiancée knew she wanted a teal sapphire but they were proving difficult to source from the normal channels. Jennifer mentioned she was going to a gem show soon and offered to send us some pictures and prices of what she found, which made us feel so special, though I'm sure she'd do the same for any customer. Sure enough a week or two later I got some texts from her with different sizes, shapes, weights, and prices of teal sapphires, which really helped us be sure that our selection was the right choice. Once we had the stone, we could start the design process in earnest. We had done a lot of research ahead of time and pretty much knew what we wanted, so I'm not sure how the process would go if you didn't know any of that going in. We walked through the different elements we wanted in the ring and were told we'd hear back from the CAD designer soon with renderings. Soon afterwards we got an email from Olivia, the CAD designer, with some renderings. We asked for a few adjustments and she was able to make them quickly for us, as well as let us know what would be different between the CAD and the actual ring. During this process, we also realized we didn't really like the filigree we thought we wanted and she mentioned they could do custom engraving instead, so we talked with Armando, our custom engraver. Armando was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very excited about us choosing to do custom engraving and even more excited when we said that we'd be happy for him to do whatever he decided would be best for the ring (with some guidelines/boundaries from us). His excitement and enthusiasm really helped us feel like we made the right choice going with engraving and made us confident that he would enjoy and have fun working on our ring which would likely end up with a better result than us dictating exactly what we want. Once the CAD/engraving plan was set, they made a resin model of our ring for us to look at and to use for the casting process, which they do in-house and allow customers to watch, which was also really cool to see. Something that was both a plus and somewhat of a minus is that they told us exactly when we could expect the ring to be ready. This is a plus because they were on-time, which I think is really important for people with a set plan. The minus for me is that my fiancée knew when the ring would be ready, so my proposal was harder to make a surprise. I think this could've easily been remedied by me being up front about not wanting her to know the exact date though. The entire custom process took about 2 months after we knew what we wanted. We both think the ring is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for her, and well-worth the wait! It also so closely replicates what was in my fiancée's head. They were able to make it exactly how she imagined and pictured! If you couldn't tell by now, I very highly recommend using Revolution for your custom jewelry and engagement ring needs. They were just a pleasure to work with and we're so happy with the ring!! The ring is 14k yellow gold with a ~2ct teal blue sapphire set into a bezel with a halo of 14 2.25mm lab-grown diamonds with a ballerina setting and custom flower and vine engraving on the band.

I have a very old necklace that needed a new hook and chain adjustment. From my first call to my experience in store, their whole team here is great. When I walked into Revolution Jewelry Works, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my mother’s wedding set and the turquoise ring my father had given me decades ago. Absolutely loved working with Revolution Jewelry Works! We ordered my engagement ring from a different store and it was a bit of a unique shape, so I’d gone to many jewelers in the Colorado Springs / Fountain area for estimates on a custom band. Revolution was the most price efficient and knowledgeable. During the casting of my ring, I got to watch Armando do his magic! He was a true professional and so passionate about his art. He truly made the experience special and something I will never forget. Even my family from across the country could tell how great Armando was from the videos. I have had jewelers literally all around the world in my lifetime. California, Australia and Japan to name a few. Revolution definitely surprised me. They have been wonderful. Made an exquisite custom piece for me, and repaired many other things during my last few years living in Colorado Springs. A super find! People are always lovely and their work is top notch.
